How to use
Take approx. 2 grams, pour 250ml of cold or warm water (water temperature at 60°C or below) into a cup and steep for about 5 minutes and drink.
** The water temperature cannot be too high (not recommended to be above 65°C). Otherwise, the funciton of anthocyanins will be damaged.
Keep in a cool and dry place, avoid high temperature and direct sunlight.
