How to use
Cut Ginseng into thin slices. Take approx. 3 grams (about 5-10 slices) and steep in boiling water for about 30 minutes and drink, or make soup by stewed for 4-5 hours, or grind into powder and mix with water and drink, or chew and swallow directly.
Keep in a cool and dry place, avoid high temperature and direct sunlight.
Not suitable for those who get hypertension, excess pattern, heat pattern, yin deficiency and dry cough, vomiting of blood.
Avoid taking with tea, radish, hellebore, trogopterus dung, black bean and gleditsia sinensis at the same time.
Avoid decocting or stewing with metal cooking utensils.
