This formula is extracted from the Prescriptions of the Bureau of Taiping People’s Welfare Pharmacy (Tai Ping He Ji Ju Fang) from the Taiping Huimin Pharmacy Bureau (Tai Ping Hui Min He Ji Ju) in the Song Dynasty. This spleen and stomach formula has been proven effective through numerous clinical usages and has been venerated by later practitioners as one of the most popular spleen supporting and dampness relieving formulas used to date.
